How do I pay for orders?
Top up your wallet by bank transfer and tell us the reference in the portal. When we confirm the payment the money appears in your wallet, and each order is deducted instantly.
Do you ship directly to my customers?
Yes. You enter your customer's delivery address when you place the order and we dispatch it from our UK warehouse.
Can I check stock before ordering?
Yes. The catalogue shows live stock levels for every product, and you cannot order more than is available.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us while the order is still pending or processing. If we cancel it, the full amount goes straight back to your wallet.
Where do I get my invoices?
Every order creates an invoice automatically. Open the Invoices page in your portal to view, print or save it as a PDF.
